ARABIAN NIGHTS 22/11/2008 – 17/01/2009

FLASHDANCE THE MUSICAL 24/11/2008 – 29/11/2008

- Sparks will fly this winter as the World Premiere production of FLASHDANCE – The Musical explodes onto the stage in Stoke-on-Trent starring Bruno Langley (Coronation Street), Bernie Nolan (The Bill, Brookside), Noel Sullivan (Hear’Say) and Victoria Hamilton-Barritt as Alex.
- Set in Pittsburgh, USA, FLASHDANCE tells the story of 18 year old Alex, a welder by day and ‘flashdancer’ by night, whose dream is to obtain a place at the prestigious Shipley Dance Academy.

- With its unique combination of theatre, dance, comedy and percussion, Stomp finds beauty and music in the mundane. The eight performers use boots, bins, brooms and everything including the kitchen sink to hammer out an explosively feel-good rhythm. The junk and clutter of life becomes the source of infectious rhythm and wonder.

THE LION, THE WITCH AND THE WARDROBE 15/12/2008 – 19/12/2008
- This delightful adaptation of C.S.Lewis’s well loved tale takes the audience on a magical mystery tour to the Land of Narnia with four children who stumble into this strange land through the wardrobe. There they encounter the wicked Snow Queen representing the forces of evil, and Aslan the Lion, representing all that is good and right. With all the magical elements of the best children’s theatre, this enchanting production will captivate and entertain all.

CREWE CHRISTMAS CONCERT 21/12/2008
- 7pm: Danebank Theatre, Dane Bank Avenue, Crewe CW2 8AB
- We are pleased to present an evening featuring the United Co-op Brass Band (Crewe) and the United Co-op Youth Wind Band. The band has enjoyed many successes both at home and abroad and they will be performing a variety of favourites along with some cheerful and enjoyable Christmas classics. In true festive style, tea, coffee and mince pies are included in the ticket price, with all proceeds donated to a local charity. Don’t miss this fantastic festive evening!
