BANGOR CHRISTMAS LIGHTS SWITCH ON 21/11/2008 – 22/11/2008

5pm, Bangor Castle (Town Hall)
- Bring the whole family along for a fantastic fireworks display that all the family will enjoy followed by a the switch on of the Christmas Tree Lights at 5.30pm

BRAY, CO WICKLOW, IRELAND 22/11/2008
- 5pm Civic Centre, Main Street Bray.
- The Bray Town Centre Annual Christmas Lights campaign will start with the switching on of the Christmas Lights display. Local schools are participating in a Christmas Lantern Parade, where students who have made their own lanterns will walk at 4.30pm from St Cronan’s School, down the Vevay Road to the Plaza in the Civic Centre. Local Choirs will sing Christmas Carols. Santa along with a local celebrity will arrive to Switch on the Lights. We are hoping it will be a magical Family occasion.

MALLOW CHRISTMAS LIGHTS ?/11/2008
- 4.30pm, Mallow Town Council
- Children’s disco led by Dave Heaney Junior
- “Santa and the elves will lead a parade from the Hibernian Hotel at 6pm while the lights will then be switched on by the Mayor. Santa is also expected to make it up to Market Square. Later the parade will move towards the Church of the Resurrection where an outdoor concert will take place and the Rotary Christmas tree will be lit up in memory of the deceased in Mallow town.”
